OlaOluwa is a skillful and dedicated Human Capital Development Specialist, Facilitator, Life Coach, Trainer and Business Management Consultant with over thirteen years’ experience. He is a driven and self-motivated individual with excellent organizational development, sound commercial awareness, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills garnered from experiences in his lead- HR and consulting roles.

He has handled numerous engagements in Organizational Design, Research & Business Planning; Company Set-Up, Recruitment, Enterprise Performance Management Design, Remuneration Survey, and pay recommendation (inclusive of executive compensation), training and professional development facilitation for several clients covering sectors such as real estate development, manufacturing, construction, hospitality, fashion, education, marine & power services, property & facility management and public sector to mention a few.

Till date, he is a partner to African Management Services Company (AMSCO) – United Nations Development Project SPV for building human capital for sustainable enterprises for African SMEs. Under this UNDP SPV, he has delivered numerous end-to-end Human Resources Transformation/ Organizational Development Advisory and Institutionalization services to various clients; inclusive of change and communication management trainings for such engagements.

OlaOluwa is a certified trainer/facilitator for CIPM Examinations and has to his credit resounding successes across different stages/courses like Workforce Planning and Strategies, Learning and Development, Organization Behaviour and Development, Advanced Human Resources Management etc.

He is a professionally licensed human resources practitioner (HRPL); Full Member of the apex regulatory body for human resources management practice in Nigeria - Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN); seating on Leadership Council Committee for Professional Development and Consultancy

OlaOluwa is a graduate of English holding the Bachelor’s degree of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria winning awards as the graduating student with the best overall performance in the B.A Examinations in his Department and Faculty and also Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the same University. A one-time Federal Government Scholarship beneficiary.
