Basirat Ololade Shanu is a skilled professional who leads the development and implementation of training programs, policies and marketing strategies for the development of the company. She is currently a training executive and sales personnel at Knewrow where she is responsible for developing customized sales strategies and organizing trainings/workshops.

As a top training executive, she has developed different strategic plans and implemented an effective training team directly responsible for developing and reviewing new training techniques. Through her numerous experiences, she has identified training and development needs within the organization through critical assessment of job roles, in relation to individual appraisals and consultations with managers and human resources department.

Her passion for impact and drive for personal development can be found within her competencies some of which include recruitment, performance management, customer relationship management, data analysis, communication and training.

Basirat holds a first degree in Business Administration from Lagos State University. She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria(CIPM) and Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria(ISMN)

She has attended different training courses that have helped expand her knowledge and business horizons. She has attended training on HR Data & Analysis, Presentation Skills amongst others.
