Mr. Ayo Muritala (B.Sc, HSE, TTT, Associate IFMA, PMP)
Ayo Muritala is a graduate of Agricultural Extension and Rural Development from the University of
Agriculture Abeokuta Ogun State, a certified trainer, and administrator from the JCI University USA,
Health and safety Executive (HSE) Practitioner from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health
(CIEH) United Kingdom, Associate Member International Facility Management Association (IFMA),
United States, A Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, A member of the
National Institute of Training and Development, A Certified KPI Professional and Certified
Performance Management Professional from the KPI Institute, Australia and at the final stage of
obtaining a Level 3 award in Education and Training also from the United Kingdom and currently
undergoing the course on Strategic Management at MIT, United States.
As a certified Performance Management Expert with over 14 years of progressive career development
he has worked in various management capacities, which includes: Performance Management
Consultant, Business Development, Operations, Project Management, Learning & Development and
Human Resources Management of well-structured organizations with vast holdings in ICT,
Engineering, Consulting, Construction, Production and Non-Governmental Organization, with the
inclusion of the Public Sector.
During this period, he had a rewarding experience in administration, performance management, staff
welfare, executive protocol management, work process, as well as business development in both the
public and private sectors. As a Team Leader and Player, he has learnt and applied my Managerial
knowledge over these years and has translated it to skills which have facilitated efficiency and
effectiveness at various duty posts. He has also been involved on organizing and managing various
seminars, workshops, national and international conferences both in Nigeria and outside the country.
May I also inform you that he is very conversant with scientific and effective training needs and
analytical tools that are customizable to any workforce configuration. To this extent, he has developed
over 50 training modules to meet management needs for both personal and organizational
development. He has also developed the performance management system for various organizations,
like INLAKS, Oceanic Health, JCI Nigeria, while currently working on performance management
system for DPR.
He has also being involved in the planning and facilitating of more than 2,500 hours of different
training sessions in various capacities most especially in the areas of corporate strategy, performance
management and corporate social responsibility in the last five (5) years. During this period, he Co-
facilitated the KPI and Performance Management strategic workshop for CBN, and the strategic
retreat for FIRS. He also facilitated the performance management training for Ministry of Housing,
Lagos State, DPR, CIPM, Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, INLAKS, Oceanic
Heatlth, Wema bank, Law Union and Rock, Immaginarium, Leadway Assurance and many others. He
also conducted various management training for Access Bank, Leadway Assurance, VDT
Communications, Fidelity Pension, GiZ, NIPOST, Law Union and Rock and many others.
He served as the Executive Secretary of Junior Chamber International, Nigeria for three (3) years,
where he was responsible for performance management, staff training, talent management, recruitment
and the day to day administration of the organization.
He is also a member of various national and international organisations; amongst them is the NESG
Youth Policy Commission, Steering Committee Member of the United Nations Global Compact,
Nigeria, Urban Habitat Society, Centre for Ethics and Values and was recently appointed a member of
the advisory council of the World CSR Day in 2016.
He was a speaker at the CSR World Congress, India in February 2015, where he spoke on Individual
Social Responsibility (ISR), and also a recipient of the Global CSR Excellence and Leadership Award
at the same congress. He was also selected as one of the Top forty under forty years of age top
Business Leaders in Nigeria by The Leadership Magazine in 2016 and was also awarded A World
Leader Businessperson by the World Confederation of Business with headquarters in the United States.
