Tomiwa Anjorin is a project advisor with skills and competencies in performance management, performance reporting, KPI selection, human resource administration, organization strategy design and more. He has been involved in several advisory roles where he was responsible for creating integrated performance management systems for companies and key stakeholders. He has also collaborated with lead consultants to develop and design corporate strategies for clients.
Through his operational and capacity building competency, he has delivered maximum accountability and transparency while carrying out his responsibilities.
His work experiences have placed him at the forefront with a fast- rising and responsive profile. He has worked with Access Bank, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency amongst others.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Industrial Design from Federal University of Technology Akure, he is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personal Management (CIPM) and has attended several professional trainings such as the Young African Leaders Initiative.
Tomiwa Anjorin has successfully designed an integrated performance management system for a multinational and also facilitated a performance management workshop that was attended by over 60 participants.
