The Lagos State Ministry of Establishments, Training and Pensions (METP) is the state government ministry, charged with the responsibility to plan, devise and implement the state policies on Establishments, Training and Pensions.
The Ministry of Establishments, Training and Pensions is a core human resource management agency of government saddled with the responsibility of human capital development, career management, institutional/organizational policy reforms, Personnel Budget Planning maintenance of harmonious industrial climate, management consultancy, and Pensions matters.
The Ministry is made up of two Offices namely:

And (2) two Parastatal Organizations ,

SERVICE
The Lagos State KPI Scorecard Framework Project is aimed at developing and designing a performance management architecture to ensure the achievement of objectives established for each MDAs
- Organize KPI workshop for representatives across the MDAs in Lagos State
- Setting and validating KPIs at the Ministry, Departmental and Agency level.
- Implementation of KPIs on the Balance Scorecard.
SOLUTION
- To develop a functional and efficient approach in working with KPIs, and to offer the best practical experience in executing and improving MDAs Performance Management System (PMS).
